"I have been a Realtor since 1979. I am now a Real Estate Consultant. My main objective is to listen to your plans and goals, and then to use my years of experience to help you be successful in attaining those goals. My focus is to not only help you realize your plans but to also help you save money along the way, as well as make a good investment that you will be happy with for years to come. PERSONAL Dee Smith is a Florida native having been born in Coral Gables, and raised in central Florida. As a child she was always interested in homes, decorating, landscaping, and helping people. So it was a natural step for her after studying marketing & design at The Lakeland Institute of Fine Arts, and Business at the Lakeland Business Institute to go into the housing industry. In 1978 she studied Real Estate at the Burt Rogers School of Real Estate, and received her licence in 1979. Current hobbies of hers include investing in real estate, volunteering in the community and with various church programs and organizations and auto racing... as a spectator. She has been once appointed and twice elected member of the Parish Pastoral Council at her church, and is a member of St. Vincent de Paul Society, and All Children's Hospital Guild. She regularly contributes to St. Vincent de Paul, The Children's Miracle Network, All Childrens Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Feed the Children, Metropolitan Ministries, and her church. She has three children, and has been happily married to John T. Smith for 28 years.
